Yes. Our sitters come to you, so we can provide childcare directly at hotels, condos, Airbnb and other vacation rental properties, and private residences anywhere in Mammoth Lakes. Your children stay in the comfort of their own room or rental, with their own toys, snacks and bedtime routine.

How much does babysitting cost in Mammoth Lakes? expand_more

Our hourly rate depends strictly on the number of children: $35/hour for one child, $40/hour for two, $42/hour for three, and $45/hour for four children. Every booking carries a 4-hour minimum, plus a one-time $65 agency concierge fee. Sitter fees are compensated directly to your sitter at the conclusion of their shift.

Our sitters possess seasoned experience across all developmental stages, from delicate newborns through toddlers and active pre-teens. Please specify your children's exact ages upon booking so we pair you with the most synergistic sitter.

How far in advance should I book a sitter in Mammoth Lakes? expand_more

We strongly recommend securing your reservation as soon as your travel dates are locked, particularly during peak ski weekends, Christmas/New Year's, and Presidents' Day week when demand is intense. That said, we actively accommodate same-day and last-minute requests whenever possible via phone or text.

Every sitter goes through a personal interview and reference checks before joining our team, and is CPR certified, so you can feel confident knowing your children are in capable, trusted hands.

What is the agency fee, and is it refundable? expand_more

The $65 agency fee covers the personalized coordination and concierge service involved in arranging your childcare and securing a sitter for your requested time. Because this work is completed before your booking is confirmed, the agency fee is non-refundable once a sitter has been confirmed. If we’re unable to find a sitter for your request, the agency fee will be fully refunded.

Do you offer childcare for multiple families or large chalet groups? expand_more

Our standard hourly rate tiers cover up to four children from a single family. For multi-family vacation rentals, wedding parties, or ski groups exceeding four children, please call or text us directly so we can deploy two or more coordinated sitters for optimal child safety.

How do I pay my sitter? expand_more

Sitter compensation is settled directly with your caregiver at the end of each shift. The initial $65 agency fee is handled separately through our booking portal when your schedule is locked in.
